By using Viola Studio's services or booking any of our services, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for both parties.

1Booking & Cancellation Policy

--Bookings are confirmed upon payment of the specified deposit for each package. A booking is not considered confirmed until the deposit is received.
--To cancel a booking, you must notify us at least 48 hours before the scheduled session. In this case, the deposit may be fully refunded or the booking transferred to another date.
--Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled date are non-refundable; however, the session may be rescheduled once.
--Failure to attend the scheduled appointment without prior notice results in complete forfeiture of the deposit.
--Viola Studio reserves the right to reschedule appointments in emergency situations, with the client notified at the earliest opportunity.

2Delivery Timelines

--Edited photos are delivered within the timeframe specified in each package's details, starting from the date of the session.
--Delivery times may be extended during peak seasons (Ramadan, Eid, wedding season), with clients informed in advance of the expected timeline.
--Photos are delivered digitally via a secure download link or through the method agreed upon with the client.
--Printed products (albums, frames, canvas prints) are delivered within the specified timeframe after approval of the final design.

3Photo Usage Rights

--Viola Studio retains intellectual property rights over the photographs in terms of artistic style and editing.
--The client receives the right to personal, non-commercial use of the delivered final images.
--Photos may not be used for commercial or advertising purposes without prior written permission from Viola Studio.
--Photos may not be altered, filtered, or watermarked when published or shared with attribution to the studio.
--Viola Studio may use photos in its portfolio only after obtaining the client's explicit consent.

4Payment Terms

--Prices listed on the website are in Saudi Riyals (SAR) and include VAT where applicable.
--Booking confirmation requires a deposit of no less than 50% of the selected package value.
--The remaining balance is due on or before the day of the session, as agreed.
--Payment is accepted via bank transfer or any other approved payment method.
--Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Prices confirmed in the booking agreement are binding.

5General Provisions

--Viola Studio reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Amendments take effect from the date of publication on the website.
--In the event of any dispute, the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia shall apply, and Saudi courts shall have jurisdiction.
